1. User-Submitted Content

Because our products are highly customized, you are required to upload personal images, text, and designs. By uploading content, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You must own the rights to the photos/images you upload or have explicit permission to use them. WePrintt is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload images that contain explicit nudity, hate speech, illegal acts, or highly offensive material. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates this rule.
• Quality Liability: The print quality heavily depends on the resolution of the image you provide. We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry prints resulting from low-resolution uploads.

2. Product Accuracy

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to varying monitor displays and the physical nature of CMYK printing on different materials (wood, metal, ceramic, etc.), the final printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is a standard industry occurrence and does not qualify as a defect.

3. Order Process & Modifications

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Since products are custom-made, once an order goes into the printing phase (usually within 2 hours of placement), it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the WePrintt website, including logos, graphics, text, and website design, is the property of WePrintt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall WePrintt, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
