Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Once a product is printed with your personal photos, names, or designs, it cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We pride ourselves on premium quality. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right.

• Notification: You must contact us at support@weprintt.in within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Evidence: Please include clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged product.

3. Incorrect Photo or Design Delivery

If you receive a product containing an incorrect photo or design that was our error, we will promptly rectify the situation.

• Notification Period: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Verification: Our team will verify the claim against the original files you uploaded. Please allow 3-5 working days for this process.
• Resolution: We will issue a replacement for the specific incorrect item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund for that specific component will be credited to your WePrintt Wallet for future use.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible if the original photo uploaded by the customer was of low resolution, blurry, or incorrect at the time of placing the order.

4. Lost Orders

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit by our courier partners:

• Please inform us if your order has not arrived past the estimated delivery window.
• Once the courier officially marks the package as lost, we will initiate a priority remake of your order at no additional cost.
• Remakes for lost orders may take up to 5-7 working days to process before dispatch.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our production process begins rapidly to ensure fast delivery, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Once the design goes into the printing phase, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
