Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Because every product is 100% custom-made and printed specifically for you, we require time to ensure premium quality.

• Standard processing and production time takes 3 to 5 business days.
• During peak holiday seasons or major sale events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order has been crafted and passes our quality check, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.
• Shipping Charges: We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number. You can use this link to track your package's journey directly to your doorstep.

4. Undeliverable Packages & RTO

If a package is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.

5. Address Modifications

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@weprintt.in within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
